In addition to his appearances on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Detox has also appeared in music videos with Ke$ha and Rihanna. He is also a member of Chad Michaels’ Dreamgirls Revue, the longest-running female-impersonation show in California. Detox is also a member of the band Tranzkuntinental, which features drag queens Kelly Mantle, Rhea Litré, Vicky Vox, and Willam Belli.

Detox Icunt Accident

In 2009, Detox Icunt, whose real name is Matthew Dail Sanderson, was involved in a serious car accident. This accident resulted in significant injuries that required reconstructive surgery on her forehead.

As a consequence of the accident, Detox is unable to grow hair on part of one of her eyebrows. This experience has been a part of her journey and has influenced her openness about plastic surgery and body modification.

Detox Icunt Black and White

Detox is renowned for her incredible makeup skills, one of the most iconic examples being her transformation into a walking black and white photograph. This look was showcased during the reunion of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 5.

With the help of French makeup artist and body painter Nelly Recchia, Detox achieved a stunning grayscale effect, making her appear as if she had stepped out of a black and white photo.
